📋 Description

• As a Senior Analyst on the Properties team you will be the SME for Pavement-related projects and the key contributor to ensuring our team is technically proficient, knowledgeable and prepared to complete analysis on Properties inspections. • You will work closely with Properties Analysis leadership and the Properties Analysis team to develop the expertise and growth of our analysts, and help ensure we delight our clients by delivering high quality, timely reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Service as the Subject Matter Expert for Pavement analysis • 5+ years of experience in Construction estimation, property insurance, thermography, construction contracting, or related field • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and without constant oversight • 3+ years of relevant experience working in a client-focused environment and/or fast-paced environment • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality standards • Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving • Experience in responding quickly and efficiently to organizational and operational changes • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google). • Able to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with global team as needed, while managing and maintaining positive work-life balance
