📋 Description
• As a Senior Analyst on the Properties team you will be the SME for Thermography-related projects • Work closely with Properties Analysis leadership to develop expertise and growth of our analysts • Implement standardization among how we do analysis within the team to improve quality and efficiency • Develop and lead initiatives focused on improving the analysis process • Lead, perform and develop out analysis quality checks process • Provide feedback to analysts for growth and learning • Support Senior Properties leadership on tasks to grow, evolve and improve the team • Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, and collaborative problem solving
🎯 Requirements
• Service as the Subject Matter Expert for Thermography analysis • 5+ years of experience in Construction estimation, property insurance, thermography, construction contracting, or related field • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and without constant oversight • 3+ years of relevant experience working in a client-focused environment and/or fast-paced environment • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality standards • Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving • Experience in responding quickly and efficiently to organizational and operational changes • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google). • Able to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with global team as needed, while managing and maintaining positive work-life balance
