• The Customer Service Support will provide support to the Customer Service and Sales teams. • This role is responsible for customer order entry and general clerical work. • The position will report to the Customer Service Specialist. • The position is a Full-time equivalent role, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. • Duties include maintaining data in ERP system daily, placing orders for clients, and assisting the customer service team.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be effective independently • Adaptable to various competing and frequently changing demands • High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic fast-paced environment • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Ability to handle frequent interruptions • Excellent attendance and reliability • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required • ERP system support and data entry • Experience in manufacturing and/or dietary supplements is helpful
