📋 Description

• The Client Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Zelis clients. • Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets and ensuring client retention. • Foster growth with additional products and services while ensuring client satisfaction. • Own the client relationship and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Manage revenue including client renewals and achieving financial goals. • Identify risk and execute mitigation strategies as agreed upon. • Drive revenue growth through existing product optimization and communicate Zelis’ key differentiators. • Manage client financial health and ensure timely payments according to contract terms. • Understand the regulatory environment and proactively engage strategies to achieve value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or related • 5+ years in owning the client management role in the healthcare industry • Experience in the Payor and TPA space is required • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Tools and Technologies as well as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence • Demonstrated success in revenue management and increased utilization within an assigned book of business • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others • Ability to manage difficult client situations and respond promptly to client needs • Ability to understand technical components of software applications • Excellent communication skills including public speaking and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills to form lasting client relationships • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills • Ability to anticipate future trends • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tools, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
