• Serve as primary administrative support to the Insights & Empowerment Leadership Team • Provide administrative assistance such as writing and editing e-mails and drafting memos • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; coordinate video and audio conference calls • Schedule meetings, confirm objectives, and maintain calendar • Provide direct daily support to the leadership team • Manage travel arrangements, meeting setups, and expense reports • Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS Office • Handle confidential information discretely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years of office administration experience • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
