Description

β€’ The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing demand generation strategies. β€’ The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution, lead generation, and collaboration with sales teams. β€’ You will be responsible for creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that target specific audiences, nurture leads, and ultimately drive pipeline growth. β€’ This is a strategic role that requires both creative thinking and data-driven execution.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 4-6 years experience in B2B demand generation marketing and working closely with sales organizations β€’ Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. β€’ Can independently lead and manage projects on tight deadlines β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
