β’ Bachelor's degree β’ 4-6 years experience in B2B demand generation marketing and working closely with sales organizations β’ Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. β’ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. β’ Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives. β’ Can independently lead and manage projects on tight deadlines β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
