Description

• Global restaurant brands run their operation on the Crunchtime platform. • Delivering a consistent guest experience across every location and managing food and labor costs are at the core of how Crunchtime’s software is used today in over 125,000 locations across 100+ countries. • Customers including Chipotle, Culver’s, Domino’s, Dunkin’, Five Guys and P.F. Chang’s rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits. • Contribute directly to the roadmap of our Food Safety and Operational Excellence product, working closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers. • Conduct customer and market research, discover new problem spaces, define solutions, optimize experiences, and contribute to the product vision. • Be an individual contributor leading multiple initiatives and/or omni-channel experiences, who not only has a high impact on their initiatives, but also on the growth of the design team as a whole.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer for SaaS and mobile products • Experience applying user research methods, including user interviews, competitive analysis, and user testing • Experience leveraging and actively contributing to Design Systems • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, storytelling and presentation skills • Own and execute user experience design from concept through launch and support • Experience working and mentoring other designers on a team • Nice To Have: Domain experience in retail operations, operations research or related fields • Nice To Have: Experience as Product, UX or UI Designer working on Enterprise product is a big plus • Nice To Have: You’ve helped make your work environment fun, and it’s important to you. • Nice To Have: You’ve built great relationships with coworkers in the past, and want to keep doing it. • Nice To Have: You care similarly about designing great products, and building great relationships with other people. • Nice To Have: You’re interested in the types of business problems we are solving.
