• Zendesk for Startups is a business initiative focused on helping startups drive growth by creating great customer experiences. • As the Startups Marketing Manager, you will lead Growth Marketing initiatives across both digital and field channels to drive adoption and engagement among startups in the Brazilian ecosystem. • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for Zendesk among high-growth startups. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing strategies that resonate with startup founders. • Manage marketing initiatives such as field events, thought leadership content, online advertising, and strategic sponsorships. • Success requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in São Paulo, Brazil • 4-6 years of related work experience • A passion for technology, startups, and creating impactful marketing strategies to support other businesses as they grow • Immersed in the regional startup ecosystem, with an understanding of key players, ecosystem dynamics, and emerging trends within the region • Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns (digital and field) with measurable results, including event management and content creation • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance, program impact, and marketing ROI • A proactive, independent self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver presentations effectively • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required • Nice to haves: Subject matter expertise on managing customer support and/or sales teams • Experience as a founder, at an accelerator or venture capital firm
