Description
•Design and build Workday integrations across Zendesk’s Workday modules •Partner closely with the People Ops and Payroll organization to understand their needs and collaboratively improve the employee experience •Coordinate day-to-day Workday integration tickets and maintenance •Manage time, expectations, and delivery of several concurrent projects
Requirements
•4+ years of Workday integration experience and other P&P applications in a growing enterprise (required) •3+ years in Workday Studio, Reporting (RaaS), CCBs, PICOF, and Document Transformation integrations, and Workday Custom Reports (required) •3+ years experience with Workday HCM, Security, US Payroll, International Payroll, and Benefits modules (required) •Familiarity with BIRT, PECI, and Document Transformation •Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT
