β€’ Zentro seeks phone support specialists for Gigabit Internet customer support. β€’ Configure and troubleshoot customer network issues over the phone. β€’ Educate customers on products and services β€’ Conduct follow-up calls and reply to email inquiries. β€’ Work with customers on new service sign-up and basic billing issues. β€’ Troubleshoot advanced networking protocols within the company.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent education β€’ Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience preferred β€’ Basic understanding of computer hardware and software β€’ Understanding of consumer wireless routers β€’ High ethical standards β€’ Strong work ethic with an emphasis on team commitment β€’ Problem-solving skills with patience and a positive approach β€’ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
