📋 Description
• ZERO Prostate Cancer is seeking a Director of IT Operations and Business Intelligence. • Oversee daily IT operations and safeguard technology systems' security. • Develop IT strategy, implement best practices, and maintain cybersecurity protocols. • Manage IT projects, collaborate with departments, and lead governance frameworks. • Stay informed about industry trends and manage outsourced IT Help Desk partners.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of seven years of proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (or related field), or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security, and nonprofit compliance requirements. • Experience leading enterprise-level BI initiatives, with proven expertise in transforming multi-platform data (CRM, financial, program metrics) into actionable dashboards and automated reporting solutions. • Demonstrated mastery of BI tools and data integration across nonprofit systems • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with nonprofit software and tools (e.g., donor management systems and fundraising platforms) is a plus. • Strong understanding of Google Workspace (certification(s) are a plus) • Proficiency in Google Analytics and administration
