• Zero Hash is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist • Support our team’s infrastructure while handling inbound tickets and calls • Interact directly with clients and customers • Energized by brainstorming how to solve problems • Comfortable self-directing with no micromanagement • Enjoy collaboration to tackle problems with help as needed • Eager to grow, learn, and tackle challenges

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Client/Customer facing Support roles, via both phone and email channels • Exposure to crypto and/or FinTech that translates to a basic understanding or genuine interest in learning about them • Technical mindset. Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and systems to problem solve • Effective time management skills to meet daily needs in a fast-paced setting • English fluency - both written and verbal
