Description

• Zero Hash is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for remote support in a fast-paced role. • Work alongside the CX team to handle inbound tickets and phone calls. • Interact directly with clients and customers while driving solutions to their issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Client/Customer facing Support roles, via both phone and email channels • Exposure to crypto and/or FinTech that translates to (at a minimum) a basic understanding of them, or a genuine interest in learning about them • Technical mindset. Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and systems to problem solve • Effective time management skills to meet daily needs in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting • English fluency - both written and verbal
