Description
• Identify Key Partners - Prioritize and execute strategic partnerships within the web3 ecosystem. • Leverage Ecosystem Insights - Utilize insights to support new product development and market expansion. • Stay Informed on Industry Trends - Monitor and share insights on new trends and protocols in the crypto space and be seen as an internal subject matter expert. • Thought Leadership - Represent Zero Hash at industry events and contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights and trends in the digital asset space. • Strategic Partnership Development - Evaluate and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive growth. • Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary liaison. • Market Analysis - Conduct market research to inform partnership strategies and identify opportunities. • Negotiation and Contract Management - Lead negotiations and manage partnership contracts and agreements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams (Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives. • Performance Monitoring - Develop metrics and KPIs to measure and report on partnership success.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred. • 6+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles in fintech or crypto. • Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technology. • Exceptional ability to identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships. • Proven experience in securing alignment from key internal stakeholders. • Competent in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences. • Track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships. • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manages multiple priorities effectively. • Passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
