• Create exceptional event experiences that strengthen our brand, develop relationships with customers and prospects, and drive business growth. • Plan and execute national and regional events, including tradeshows, roadshows, and customer dinners that align with business objectives. • Develop and manage unique programs like roundtables and fireside chats to deepen customer relationships. • Develop multi-channel promotional campaigns to increase meetings with target accounts and engagement at events. • Support the planning and execution of webinars and virtual events, managing logistics and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors. Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and achieving measurable outcomes. • A unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking: The ability to develop innovative event concepts while leveraging data to measure and optimize performance. A strong understanding of brand strategy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. • Project Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. • Budget Management: Experience creating and managing event budgets, with a focus on maximizing ROI. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, webinar platforms, email platforms) is a plus. • Cross-functional collaboration experience: Proven ability to align with Sales teams to drive demand, accelerate pipelines, and generate leads.
