• Company Overview: Zicasso is a leading luxury travel company that creates personalized, life-enriching experiences for discerning travelers. • As a member of our team, you'll contribute to creating experiences that consistently earn us thousands of 5-star reviews. • Join us in shaping the future of luxury travel while working towards our vision: to create a more connected humanity through travel. • The Role: We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and has a passion for international travel. • This is an administrative role, supporting our senior Partnerships team members, in the recruiting and training of new partners. • Our network of travel specialist partners is comprised of the world’s best boutique tour companies, each one carefully pre-qualified by us. • There is flexibility in your work hours, but we expect that you will generally maximize your overlap with California hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years of professional work experience • Detail-oriented and ability to independently achieve quality, error-free work • Enthusiastic self-motivator; ready and willing to put in extra effort in a start-up environment to drive team/company success • Self-disciplined to independently meet and exceed set goals • Clear, concise verbal and written English communication skills • Highly efficient with excellent time management and organizational skills • Passionate about travel - highly desirable if you have traveled to several countries and have a strong curiosity about international destinations • Comfortable with technology, readily able to learn and adapt to the use of new software to organize and track team objectives • Thorough knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Creative problem-solving skills • Willingness to work flexible hours
