•Responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, CRM strategy, and automation processes. •Drive customer engagement, regulatory compliance, and retention. •Execute and optimize email communications within HubSpot. •Create personalized email templates, workflows, and automation sequences. •Use A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting to refine email content, frequency, and targeting. •Develop and manage HubSpot workflows to automate customer journeys. •Track and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns and CRM activities. •Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM for clean and actionable data.
