Description

• Guide a talented team at the intersection of technology, finance, and real estate. • Lead and develop a team of performance analysts and business analysts to conduct deep analysis on large datasets. • Oversee Monthly Business Reviews, Forecasting, and Annual Planning processes. • Guide the creation of insightful data visualizations and strategic recommendations. • Foster alignment across Product, Data Science, Engineering Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams. • Communicate complex analyses and strategies to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years of people management. • 6+ years in revenue performance or similar data-driven roles. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field. • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). • Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies based on data. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
