Description

• Lead a team of 5–8 Reliability Engineers and collaborate with cross-functional groups to build and deliver tooling, frameworks, best practices, and solutions for sophisticated reliability challenges • Develop application standardization and production readiness quality gates to ensure consistent reliability outcomes • Be accountable for delivering high-quality, timely, and targeted solutions and products to internal customers • Combine people and project management skills to guide your team through multiple sophisticated projects successfully • Coordinate, supervise, and communicate project status and activities to peers, senior engineering leaders, and executive partners • Track, mitigate, resolve, and escalate systemic and individual incident issues as needed • Build and maintain plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgets and project landmarks • Drive transparency and precision in project scoping and execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and/or software development as an individual contributor or team lead • Demonstrated ability in a management or technical leadership role • Proven expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices • Consistent track record of leading engineering teams and driving cross-functional product roadmaps to deliver outcomes in reliability, availability, security, and performance • Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), observability solutions, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems • Experience leading incident and problem management processes in a 24x7 environment, with a focus on remediation and continuous improvement • Skilled at defining and driving technical strategy, setting team goals, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business impact • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and iterative software development
