Requirements
• 5+ years software development experience using Python/Scala/Java • Experience leading the design/implementation of scalable, reliable services • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in developing services with AWS • Experience in developing scalable processes • Excellent interpersonal skills • Comfortable distilling informal customer requirements • Excited about mentorship and coaching • Databricks experience is a plus • Experience with Data Governance & Compliance is a plus
