Description

• Zingtree is the next gen, intelligent process automation platform that reimagines customer experience operations for top Customer Support leaders. • We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. • In this role, you will collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to automate and streamline our processes, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development and production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related roles. • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Github Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and associated services. • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and Argo. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). • Good understanding of networking, security, and firewall configurations. • Experience with version control systems like Git and an understanding of branching strategies. • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting. • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
