Description

• Primary owner of all sales and business development activities in assigned region • Develop new business and manage key accounts to rapidly grow the company • Implement a structured sales plan aimed at generating new business and build trust-based relationships with customer decision makers • Navigate critical success factors, competitive challenges, partner landscape, objections and other complex issues to ensure successful outcomes in the territory • Act as the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Zinier solution within the market • Create quarterly forecasts including committed deals and pipeline planning • Work cross-functionally to support the success of Zinier customers and the company in the focus markets • Continuously drive improvement within the company and help it grow

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience • Experience building and leading an enterprise sales team • Ability to develop, negotiate and close customized deals effectively • Top-notch communication skills - in person, written, and presentations • Ability to explain high-tech info to a variety of audiences • Demonsratable track record of achieving sales targets • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial environments • Time management, prioritization, and the ability to self-motivate • Passion for networking, establishing rapport with potential clients, and sharing the Zinier mission • Intellectual curiosity and problem solving skills • Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Google Suite • Honest, humble, hungry, and hustle mentality • Performance against quota for the past two years must be stated when submitting a resume
