β’ Primary owner of all sales and business development activities in assigned region β’ Develop new business and manage key accounts to rapidly grow the company β’ Implement a structured sales plan aimed at generating new business and build trust-based relationships with customer decision makers β’ Navigate critical success factors, competitive challenges, partner landscape, objections and other complex issues to ensure successful outcomes in the territory β’ Act as the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Zinier solution within the market β’ Create quarterly forecasts including committed deals and pipeline planning β’ Work cross-functionally to support the success of Zinier customers and the company in the focus markets β’ Continuously drive improvement within the company and help it grow
β’ Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience β’ Experience building and leading an enterprise sales team β’ Ability to develop, negotiate and close customized deals effectively β’ Top-notch communication skills - in person, written, and presentations β’ Ability to explain high-tech info to a variety of audiences β’ Demonsratable track record of achieving sales targets β’ Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment β’ Experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial environments β’ Time management, prioritization, and the ability to self-motivate β’ Passion for networking, establishing rapport with potential clients, and sharing the Zinier mission β’ Intellectual curiosity and problem solving skills β’ Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Google Suite β’ Honest, humble, hungry, and hustle mentality β’ Performance against quota for the past two years must be stated when submitting a resume
