🎯 Requirements

• prior experience successfully selling a variety of life insurance products, including both term and permanent life insurance • active life insurance license • self-motivated, ambitious, and excited to continue to grow in your career in a fast paced sales environment • eager to find yourself among a diverse group of competitive peers • will to succeed in a target-driven environment, with substantial incentives based on various KPIs • work well with others, solving problems on the fly using Slack, Zoom, Five9 and other communication methods • keep the conversation flowing and are a pleasure for our clients to speak to • welcome any and all feedback and recognize the value of hands-on managers who care deeply about your growth • open to working occasional weekends and evenings
