• Zinnia is simplifying how people buy, sell, and administer insurance products. • The Sales Director is a key member of our sales team at Zinnia. • You will work closely with our Head of Enterprise sales to advance sales organization and processes. • We are growing fast by delivering outstanding revenue growth. • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry. • Own your sales territory, identify prospects and convert those targets to new clients. • Work in concert with sales operations, solution consulting, marketing, and other stakeholders. • Be willing to travel 50% of the time to meet with prospects, clients, and attend industry events.

Requirements

• You have 10+ years of Software as a Service (Saas) technology sales experience • You have 10+ years in the FinTech or Insurance industries • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets • Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with both small and large organizations • Excellent presentation skills • Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent and passionate • You are comfortable with CRM tracking systems, Hubspot being a plus.
