Description
• Lead business development efforts across the Market • Be a Subject Matter Expert of our Consumer Experience platform • Partner with sales team on sales cycle • Lead and inspire clients • Exhibit strong knowledge about clients' problems • Navigate across Press Ganey to leverage experts • Lead RFP Win Strategy and proposal development • Prospecting and cold calling to generate leads • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects • Maintain ongoing calls and communication with the sales team
Requirements
• 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience • Experience in the Consumer Experience space • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus • Bachelor's degree • Flexible to travel up to 50% • Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentations skills • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, budgeting, business development and sales • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
