🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting • B2B SaaS and Fintech experience • Experience hiring Engineering roles: Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, Staff Software Engineers, Machine Learning, Data Engineers, Engineering Leadership, Infrastructure Engineers • Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills • Pride yourself in being incredibly proactive and able to navigate through ambiguity • Detail-oriented and strong at multitasking in order to manage multiple reqs at a time • Process oriented yet scrappy enough to thrive and grow in a fast moving start up • Experience working with broader business functions like Product and Design organizations, and as well as niche, senior level positions • Experience negotiating and working with startup equity
