Requirements
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques. • Proficiency in drafting recruitment documents such as job descriptions and offer letters • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
