β’ This is a remote position. β’ Position Title: Small Business Inbound Sales Account Executive β’ You and your fellow inbound sales team members will monitor and answer incoming calls from the companyβs 800 toll free number. β’ Engage with customers to understand their needs and service requirements by building rapport, listening, and suggesting the right products and service solutions. β’ Sign new small business customers with focus on selling fiber internet and simple business voice services. β’ Follow approved call scripts and sales nomenclature to set a professional, confident, and knowledgeable tone. β’ Meet and exceed monthly sales performance expectations.
β’ High school diploma or GED required. β’ Minimum of two (2) yearsβ experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or other associated applications. β’ Minimum of two (2) yearsβ customer/call center experience specifically in business sales. β’ Must have access to reliable transportation. β’ Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent and able to handle rejection in the selling process well. β’ Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner.
