• As a Customer Success Specialist you will serve as the face of our organization, represent Zippy by providing best-in-class service and supporting the customers’ journey in home ownership. • You will look to resolve client inquiries and provide appropriate account maintenance while looking for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.
