Description

• Responsible for successful project delivery within the Global Infrastructure portfolio of projects. • Drives successful project execution following PMO and Financial Management policies and processes. • Accountable for the coordination of all project-related activities, completeness and accuracy of project plans, status reporting, SDLC Deliverables, forecasting, and cost tracking. • Collaborates with IT Solution Partners, IT Engineers, Business SMEs, IT RM&C (Compliance), IT PMO, and Finance teams stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks appropriately. • Manage IT projects focusing on project initiation/execution, detailed planning, project plan quality and integrity, project resource management, effective communication, project financial updates timing and accuracy, and SDLC deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of IT Project Management within structured PMO operations. • PMP Certification preferred. • Detailed understanding of effective scheduling and execution of IT projects. • SDLC Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile. • Regulatory Compliance/GxP knowledge is a plus. • Strong grasp of foundational finance principles and project accounting within IT organizations. • Proven ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organization. • Must be willing and able to work independently and handle simultaneous tasks. • Attention to detail with the ability to view the larger picture. • Consistently model behaviors of accountability and ownership through excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and group facilitation skills. • High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, PowerBI experience a plus. • Strong understanding of portfolio management, project management, and project tracking tools, ie Microsoft Project, Jira.
