β€’ Assist End Users and Partners with animal health diagnostic products β€’ Answer high volume of incoming requests for technical support β€’ Provide prompt technical assistance and problem resolution β€’ Work with various departments on support activities β€’ Handle escalations and product returns β€’ Apply Zoetis policies and procedures β€’ Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of relevant experience β€’ Point of care diagnostic experience preferred β€’ Previous veterinary software/connectivity support experience preferred β€’ Excellent telephone manner β€’ Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and contact center telephone systems β€’ Bilingual considered a plus (French, Spanish, Portuguese)
