Description

β€’ The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative -Remote (Night Shift) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. β€’ This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. β€’ Military veterans are encouraged to apply. β€’ It's a remote opportunity allowing you to reimagine an all-new career journey and develop "friends for life" at the same time. β€’ You'll provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, track, document, and retrieve information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. β€’ Offer additional products and/or services and deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

Requirements

β€’ Strong focus on building customer relationships β€’ 1+ year of customer service experience β€’ The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule β€’ Technical support experience preferred β€’ A high school diploma or GED β€’ A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home β€’ Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking β€’ Eagerness to learn new technologies β€’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution β€’ Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge β€’ A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter) β€’ High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone β€’ Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
