• Zola is looking for a Manager of Lifecycle Marketing (Vendor Marketplace) who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to acquire and retain Zola Vendors. • Zola’s vendor marketplace is a key product offering, where couples can come to discover and book venues and vendors across all categories, and our vendor communications are a crucial component of its success. • The ideal candidate is a seasoned lifecycle marketer with a track record for building client-focused, multi-channel campaigns proven to increase acquisition, retention and LTV. • Lead the development and implementation of vendor-facing lifecycle marketing campaigns and sends that engage, retain, and increase the value of existing Zola vendors throughout their customer journey. • Manage the monthly vendor lifecycle calendar across all channels, set up and deploy individual campaigns and initiatives, and look with a critical eye at the overarching monthly outreach for different vendor segments. • Own Zola’s vendor communications; furthering existing and exploring new channels such as email, SMS, direct mail and onsite messages. • Provide a perspective on vendor audience segmentation and messaging, with a plan to deliver the right message to the right vendor at the right time. • Own Hubspot as a platform; overseeing all data inputs, projects and campaigns. • Create and distribute promo codes for vendors as part of sales and retention tactics. • Devise and execute test plans; constantly optimizing new and existing campaigns. • Proficiency in quickly context switching across strategic thinking, execution, and analysis. • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of lifecycle marketing experience - B2B is a plus • Preferred experience with Hubspot as a CRM platform and ability to learn systems and tools quickly • A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep interest in the technical aspects of projects; an individual who thrives finding a way to make things work with the tools at their disposal • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively • A proactive and results-oriented individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding marketing goals
