• ZOLAR GmbH - Ihr digitaler Begleiter für die Zukunft der Energie. • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategien für zolar, die verschiedenen Produkte und Services (Squads), um die Markenbekanntheit und den Umsatz zu steigern • Planung und Durchführung von Brand-Kampagnen für zolar, über alle Squads hinweg, um eine konsistente Markenbotschaft zu gewährleisten • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle (Online, Offline, Social Media) • Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von Trends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Zielgruppen • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Marketingbudgets sowie Überwachung der KPIs • Definition und Pflege des Tone of Voice der Marke • Organisation und Durchführung von Events zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden und zur Kundenbindung • Pflege und Ausbau von Beziehungen zu externen Partnern, Agenturen, Freelancern und Medien • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Förderung einer kohärenten Markenbotschaft
🎯 Requirements
• Du solltest einen Bachelorabschluss in BWL, Marketing, Psychologie oder Marktforschung haben • Idealerweise hast du 3-5 Jahre im Bereich Marketing & Sales • Du arbeitest gern mit verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen und schaffst es diese für deine Ideen zu begeistern und verlierst auch bei mehreren Projekten nie den Überblick • Du solltest ein Verständnis für verschiedene Marketingkanäle und digitale B2B-Geschäftsmodelle mitbringen • Du solltest die Fähigkeit zum analytischen, datengetriebenen Arbeiten besitzen und über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch (vergl. C1-Niveau)
