• Job Title: Senior Analyst, Economic Research • Location: California / Arizona / Remote | Full-time • About Zonda: Zonda is redefining the future of housing. • We are making big bets on the future of real estate, trailblazing a 2030 vision for the industry. • Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Economic Research will play a critical role on the Zonda Economics team, contributing to the published research and content creation efforts focused on the homebuilding industry. • Responsibilities: Report Maintenance and Updates, Content Development and Collaboration, Process Oversight and Improvement, Project and Workflow Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, or a related field. • Advanced degree is a plus. • Experience in the housing or real estate industry is preferred. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable insights. • Adept at using Excel to solve complex data problems. • Must be able to extract, clean, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions. • Python or knowledge of other big data tools a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear storytelling. • Experience with recurring research processes and maintaining large datasets. • Strong project management skills. • High attention to detail. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proven ability to work collaboratively.
