Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field •Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment •Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends •Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with qualified IT professionals •Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to utilize various sourcing methods and tools •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates •Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment •Exceptional organizational and time management skills •Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow •Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software
