Description

• Design and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that amplify our brand. • Collaborate with Sales teams to create and execute an integrated regional marketing plan. • Establish campaign objectives, target audiences, and the optimal marketing mix. • Understand Ideal Customer Profiles and conduct industry research for campaign plans. • Collaborate with creative teams for content and assets to drive engagement. • Increase demand conversion by providing sales strategy and support. • Monitor lead flow from Marketing to Sales for effective follow-up. • Manage regional marketing budget and maintain KPI reporting. • Analyze campaign performance to identify new improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a regional/field/demand generation marketing role for Europe. • Understanding and experience working with high-touch SaaS sales motions. • Experience running demand generation campaigns using tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, etc. • Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, events, webinars, inbound, account-based marketing, etc. • Potential for minimal travel to support key regional events.
