🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of prior work experience as a Resident Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or a Support Engineer • Familiarity with IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS protocols, Proxy, SSL, SSL Inspection, and authentication systems (SAML, LDAP, SCIM) • Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration of routers/switches, macOS, UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems. Knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, MTR) • Meets requirements of DoD 8570 IATII or 8140 Cyber Def Infra Support Specialist - Intermediate
