Requirements

• Existing banking knowledge, particularly as it pertains to new account opening and the regulations / compliance aspects of retail banking; • Ambitious, positive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn; • Desire to be part of a young company with projections for strong growth; • Aptitude for problem-solving and thinking outside of the box; • Ability to take projects through to completion with minimal oversight; • Excellent organizational skills; • Ability to handle multiple priorities and pose a strong attention to detail; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; • Experience with bank audits is preferred.
