📋 Description
• Location: Remote - eligible US locations. • As Engineering Manager of the Zwift Mobile team, you'll lead a team of engineers. • You will be responsible for your team's code quality and efficient delivery. • Drive engineering best-practices such as automated testing and maintainability. • Look for opportunities to incubate new ideas and share recommendations. • Establish clear metrics to measure performance and health of products. • Accountable for growing and developing your team through hiring and mentoring.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar discipline. • 8+ years of relevant engineering experience. • 3+ years of relevant management experience. • Strong technical expertise in mobile development (iOS, Android, React Native). • Solid people management experience, including hiring and performance management. • Proven experience leading teams using agile methodologies. • Experience leading remote and distributed teams. • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work independently in undefined situations. • Experience with Git or similar version control systems. • Experience with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
