• As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you that response times and the hiring process may be slightly extended due to business team schedules. • Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Consumer Application team to help us bring the best consumer software experience to our Oura members. • This role will demand close collaboration with Product Managers, scientists, and software developers to ensure the software is developed and tested to meet defined requirements. • We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. • This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with SDLC. • Deep knowledge and experience on software development for consumer software products combined with consumer hardware products. • Demonstrated ability to assess and provide technical and organizational guidance for both mobile and embedded software. • Ability to grasp and bind holistic architecture across different contexts (App, cloud, IT, algorithms, Firmware) • Demonstrated strong skills to organize, prioritize, communicate and execute. • Detail orientation with strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills • Comfortable working across multiple time zones (US West coast - EU), with an index on US East Coast operating hours
