Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have: • Doctor of Medicine degree with 10+ years experience driving digital transformation in the medical / health industry. • A proven track record working with healthcare payers and care providers to design and deploy health interventions that have delivered measurable health outcomes. • A deep understanding of wearable health technology and the potential for patient generated health data to transform care delivery. • Past experience driving large and complex partnerships for innovative digital health programs. • A demonstrated ability of working cross-functionally with software, hardware and science teams to develop exceptionally well designed digital health programs. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. • A dedication to holding yourself accountable for hitting goals and metrics. • Passion for the Oura product and our mission to empower everyone to realize their health potential.
