Requirements

• 6+ years of NetSuite development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role • Proven experience managing a development team in an Agile environment, driving both delivery and team growth • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-job experience • Deep expertise in NetSuite core processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay) and customization/integration options, including API and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) • Experience managing cross-functional projects, with a focus on scalable and sustainable technical solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset, able to handle multiple priorities effectively • Ability to work across global operation time zones
