• Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. • We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles. • We ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Manager with 5-8 years of experience in managing learning programs, administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), project management, and instructional design. • This role requires a creative, curious, and forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a strong learning mindset. • The successful candidate will bring expertise in data analysis, generative AI applications, and research, along with a proven track record of managing impactful learning solutions. • This is a US-based, remote-first role that involves regular interaction and collaboration with Oura colleagues in Finland and across the US.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in L&D program management, LMS administration, project management, and instructional design. • Proficiency in LMS platforms and related tools. • Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau or Excel, and data visualization. • Experience with generative AI applications and research methodologies. • Strong global experience, with an understanding of cross-cultural learning needs. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner. • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
