• Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. • Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to support Oura’s D2C e-commerce business. • Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and cross-cultural solid communication skills will be vital in driving the success of our direct channel programs and organizational goals. • Manage, track, and deliver the e-commerce roadmap ensuring all high priority programs are delivered on-time and at a high bar. • Build and install repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, grow the business in a scalable fashion. • Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables. • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data- driven decisions for planning and optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in the ecommerce space with specific experience with high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management • This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization. • PM experience (PMP certification preferred) • Vast experience managing a D2C/ecommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world
