• As the eCommerce Marketplace Manager at Tags Weekly, you are tasked with a monumental challenge: managing over 100,000 SKUs across 20 major marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Sears. • Your domain extends across all facets of marketplace management from data feed optimization, product uploads, quality assurance, and keyword management to strategic cross-functional communications. • You are the linchpin in our operational matrix, ensuring seamless integrations and pristine data quality, pivotal to driving our marketplace visibility and sales. • Your mission is clear: to elevate Tags Weekly's marketplace presence and operational efficiency to stellar heights, achieving and exceeding a revenue trajectory from $5 million to over $25 million. • You will spearhead this growth through strategic leadership, robust data analytics, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process optimization. • Your role demands a blend of technical acumen—mastering VBA and SQL for data manipulation—and strategic foresight for KPI development and performance measurement. • In this role, you will not just manage; you will innovate, leading with a vision that transforms everyday challenges into scalable solutions. • With a profound understanding of marketplace dynamics and a keen ability to anticipate and act on integration challenges, your leadership will ensure that Tags Weekly not only meets its current sales targets but sets new benchmarks for success in the eCommerce space. • This position is designed for a visionary who thrives in the dynamic pace of a startup environment. • Your ability to drive data-driven decisions, coupled with your knack for strategic planning and execution, will free up executive time to focus on broad-scale innovations and culture enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven E-Commerce Growth: At least 7 years of experience in digital and growth marketing within the e-commerce sector, with a track record of scaling online businesses to over $25M in revenue using innovative strategies. • Multi-Channel Growth: Proven track record of driving at least 20% annual growth on platforms like Amazon and eBay. • Content Optimization: Skill in enhancing online content to achieve a minimum of 10% quarterly conversion growth in collaboration with merchandising teams. • Error Handling & Optimization: Ensure 95% product optimization and swiftly address 95% of error responses within 48 hours. • Strategic Communication: Conduct effective bi-weekly check-ins with major marketplaces and clearly communicate priorities in weekly meetings. • Agile Project Management: Demonstrated ability to audit, plan, and implement tasks using Agile methodologies within 30-day cycles, achieving 95% of sprint goals. • Task Efficiency: Increase operational efficiency by 30% within 90 days using ClickUp for task management. • ClickUp Proficiency: Ensure 100% task tracking in ClickUp and develop at least three new operational playbooks monthly. • Decision Making: Utilize tools like the Impact Filter to prioritize tasks with minimal higher management intervention. • Leadership: Lead teams effectively, fostering a culture of independence and strategic execution. • KPI Monitoring: Set and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring a minimum of 90% positive feedback through continuous communication and strategic adjustments. • Strategic Planning: Utilize tools like Gantt charts for visualizing and categorizing objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and ROCKS.
