Description

• Actively work on the development, migrations, and technical implementations of Shopify projects • Architect and deliver technical solutions for unique and diverse brands - balancing business requirements, goals, timelines, and technical implementations • Scoping and estimation of projects - communicating solutions with clients and internal teams on a frequent and regular basis • Evolve engineering best practices in service to rapid, high quality releases delivered to clients on time and on budget • Proactively staying on top of emerging technologies and creating ways to implement into our processes as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, project managers, account strategists, QA, and others on the development team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer • 3+ years experience with Shopify Plus custom theme development • High level of familiarity and comfort with agile development process • High level of familiarity and experience with git processes and workflows • Proven success architecting, scoping, and delivering enterprise Shopify solutions • Recent experience working with Shopify’s various APIs • Experience integrating custom app integrations including the creation of Shopify apps • High sense of ownership and accountability • Well-versed in modern engineering practices
