• Identify and Engage High-Potential Prospects: Work proactively to identify, qualify, and engage leads within the Shopify Plus market that focus on businesses with the potential for high-impact Shopify solutions. • Act as a Strategic Advisor: Build trusted advisory relationships by deeply understanding each client's unique challenges and showcasing how Shopify Plus solutions, especially in B2B and large D2C enterprises, can streamline operations, lower costs, and boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. • Drive Long-Term Client and Partner Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and channel partners to promote mutual growth, ensuring each engagement contributes to building a robust pipeline of repeat business and referrals. • Own and Optimize the Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update a detailed pipeline for clients, with accurate forecasting and data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and maximize efficiency. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Client Success: Partner with AAXIS leadership and internal teams to craft and deliver outstanding, customized solutions that address the specific needs of clients, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the client’s success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B solution-selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. • Proficiency in Sales Prospecting and Pipeline Management: Skilled in identifying high-potential leads, managing sales pipelines, and using CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and optimize outreach. • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong client and partner relationships to drive mutual growth. • Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats, effectively engaging diverse audiences. • Deep understanding of digital commerce, particularly B2B/DTC Commerce and keep up to date with trends in e-commerce, especially within Shopify's ecosystem and related industries, with the ability to align solutions to emerging needs. • Resilience and Adaptability: Proven track record of maintaining productivity and motivation in high-pressure environments; adaptable to changing client demands and industry shifts. • Ability to Work Independently and Remotely: Comfortable working autonomously and managing time effectively, with a self-starter mindset suited for a remote or hybrid work environment. • In-depth expertise in the Shopify Plus platform, especially in B2B and D2C large enterprise solutions. • Experience within the Manufacture and Distribution sectors.
