Description

• Collaborate with the delivery and pre-sales teams to support all sales efforts. • Focus on pursuing accounts within the Retail and E-commerce sector. • Build a robust sales pipeline using referral and channel partners, as well as cold calling. • Deliver product solutions to key accounts and ensure client satisfaction. • Act as the primary liaison with assigned clients, fostering strong relationships. • Manage multiple projects while coordinating with stakeholders. • Seek and acquire new clients through diverse channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of proven success in client management, new business development, achieving KPIs, and exceeding sales quotas. • Proven track record of acquiring new E-commerce/Retail accounts and closing deals for solutions and services. • Hunter with direct sales and the ability to acquire new logos. • Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotas in complex sales environments utilizing a solution-selling approach. • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions. • Results-oriented, determined, and hardworking. • Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment (1000+ employees).
