β’ At least 3 years of experience in business development/ sales. β’ Online travel background (GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, bus/ferry companies, TMS etc.). β’ Strategic business-oriented thinking based on data. β’ Our tech stack: ClickUp, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Google Docs. β’ Ability to achieve goals and proactivity: close the agreements, find growth points, find solutions to increase sales and more. β’ Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Proficiency in French or/and Portuguese is a plus. β’ Good understanding of competitors and the market of travel, ground transportation in the greater Caribbean Area would be a plus. β’ Ability to travel within the region. β’ Previous remote work and travel industry related experience in the Caribbean Area and Latinoamerican region would be a plus.
